Shipping and Returns

on orders of $50 or more

Simply look for the FREE SHIPPING on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more, your order ships FREE! Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for free shipping. Currently shipping to the continental US destinations. F.O.B. and Canada only. Shipping to Canada is available based on request. 

There will be free shipping on all qualifying orders totaling over $50 that are shipped to valid addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military and air force bases. Commercial equipment is not eligible for free shipping.The method of free shipping will be at our discretion. 
 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Orders@MyEspresso.co

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to Returns@MyEspresso.co and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from My Espresso, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. Returned orders, for reasons other than a defective or damaged item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 20% of the price of your order.

To return an item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide My Espresso with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.
